Since all of our magnets are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the product is damaged or you receive the wrong item. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital files, we cannot offer refunds once the product has been purchased.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
